Our services
Dry risers
Keep your dry riser in good order with a 6-month visual inspection and an annual hydraulic test, as recommended by Noran Fire. Failure to maintain may void insurance. Over half in England and Wales fail to meet BS 9990-2015 standards. Ensure annual pressure testing to 12 bar for 15 minutes and checks after use or vandalism. Noran offers full maintenance packages with 24-hour callout service.
Domestic sprinklers
Sprinklers effectively stop fires from spreading, enhancing home safety, and reducing fire-related deaths and injuries. Used for over 130 years in factories and stores, their life-saving potential in homes is increasingly recognized.
Commercial Sprinkler Systems
Automatic fire sprinkler systems, first used in 1872, are essential for fire protection, complying with standards like BS EN 12845:2015, NFPA 13, and FM Global. These systems, though simple in design, must meet building regulations and insurer or fire officer requirements to ensure safety.
General Fire System Survey & Maintenace
Our team of expert engineers are available to survey the fire system and provide case specific advise and guidance. Where needed, the best technical solution will also be proposed to ensure efficiency in cost and design.
